We pay the upfront costs for materials and labor.

We coordinate all work to be performed once you have signed off on it and only then do we begin the work to increase the marketability and value of your home.

All you have to do, is request this service at the time of listing your home with us and we get payed back out of your proceeds at closing after we have effectively marketed and sold your home.
