A Little Monday Motivation for YOU!

 

The more we feed our wonderful brains good thoughts, the more good things happen to us. Since we all want good things to happen … let’s keep these types of thoughts in our heads.

  1. It doesn’t matter how slowly you go … What matters is that you keep moving forward. 

  2. “I want to see what happens if I don’t give up.”  Never stop and you will see a positive improvement.

  3. A smart person knows what to say … A wise person knows whether or not to say it.  (read that one again)

  4. Being underestimated by the competition is one of the biggest competitive advantages you can have.

  5. Sit with winners as often as possible. The conversation is different, and of higher substance.

  6. Our best teacher is our last mistake.  Learn from the failures.  Fail forward.  These are the stepping stones to success!

Like our bodies, feed your brain good things and you will receive a healthier lifestyle.  Feed it crap and you end up fat and unhappy
